1735-1945 (approx.), gold medal exhibition collection ”Aland postal history up to 1945” in two volumes. On 108 pages the postal history of Aland is impressively represented, beginning with over 30 attractive prephilatelic letters from 1743 with special features and rare cancellations up to the Finnish stamp period. Furthermore, the collection contains various cancellations of the so-called rare postal stop points, as well as numbered cancellations, figure marks, ship marks, landing marks, fieldpost and censorship mail, as well as transit post from 1730 with further 19 prephilatelic covers. The collection captivates by its multitude of attractive letters and above all by the outstanding condition of the pieces shown. (A2)

Auf 108 Blättern wird die Postgeschichte Alands eindrucksvoll dargestellt, angefangen mit über 30 attraktiven Vorphila-Briefen ab 1743 mit Besonderheiten und seltenen Abstempelungen bis in die finnische Markenzeit. Weiter enthält die Sammlung diverse Entwertungen der so genannten seltenen Posthaltepunkte, sowie Nummernstempel, Figurenstempel, Schiffsstempel, Anlandungsstempel, Feld- und Zensurpost sowie Transitpost ab 1730 mit weiteren 19 Vorphila-Belegen. Die Sammlung besticht durch ihre Vielzahl an besonders attraktiven Briefen und vor allem durch die hervorragende Erhaltung der gezeigten Stücke. (A2)
